Weekly Winners
Weekly winners (4/26/07)Pub Champ Winners
This is the only prize that you DO NOT USE THE CLAIM FORM to obtain your prize. The local operator will automatically deliver the Pub Champ prize ($25 SSB Gift Card) to the location that each Pub Champ played at.
Here is the spreadsheet of winners. If you are a winner, please be patient and wait for your bar to receive the prize and give it to you.
Rules
- Each player can win only 1 National, 1 Weekly, 1 Pub Champ, and 1 Special Drawing
- Play Classic or Vegas modes, single or series games
- Must play a minimum of 50 games for National and Pub Champ Contests
- No game minimum for Weekly Contest or Special Drawing
- Must be completed 10 Frame games - Incomplete games will NOT count
- Must be at least 21 years of age and compete only at Participating Locations
- Players must use same card and name for the entire contest
- Players using more than one card or ID will NOT have their totals combined for any reason
- Prizes may be substituted if unavailable
- Must fill out and send in claim form by June 25, 2007 (60 Days)
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery
- There is a 75% Cash Out option
